Bug report page for jasper quest?

I can't find the bug report page for the jasper quest or is there even one? Anyway I am doing the quest and get to the part where I talk to the dark guardian and I talk to him 6x now and say all the words over and over and recall to the book to read it but I still can't open the book. I tried opening it with other chars. One never did the quest she can't open the book. One did do the quest and she can open it. I should be able to open that book after talking to the Dark guy right. I paged a gm and they said report it as a bug but I don't see a bug page.

Are you sure you are trying to open the correct book? You shouldn't need to do any part of the quest to read the journal. Here is an image showing its location:

yep it's the right book. it also opens for my chars that did the quest already

Actually, JC - I just tried to open the Journal with a character that hasn't gone and started the quest yet and was unable to.

A guild mate of mine did the quest, but forgot to say "burned house" to the Dark Guardian, then went to the house and couldn't open the book.

I took her back in to see the Dark Guardian and she said the phrase a few times, left by the glowing runes and went to the Khaldun exit, then recalled back to the house and she could finally open the book.

I make sure the guardian turns to look at my character when talking about the house in Jhelom incase there are lots of people in at the time, he could say the phrase, but it may be for one of the other people in there and not work for you.
