Bug or Intended? :(

I recently bought some new PVP jewlry which included +27 swordsmanship increase. This meant that I could drop the swordsmanship to 88 and still achieve 115 in the skill. Now when I tried to use a secondary special, it tells me that I require at least 90 in the weaponskill and in tactics

Kinda sucks, no?

I seem to recall that they stated you needed 90 real skill to use all specials. I can't recall which publish it was though so I can't look back to the notes easily.

Yep your right you have to have 90 real to do both specials for a weapon now....
