*BUG* Insurance cost changed on TC1 *FIXED*

Yesterday I copied my char from Europa to TC1 and tested new loot at Destard. I checked insurance cost for prized items (more than normal) and everything was fine.

Today I got new talisman from Cleanup Britannia, insured it (for about 140gp) and tried Traders Quest. Got 20 shields from Britania to Skara. Did this on ethy mount + little of sailing. Not ambushed , not died . Turned filled trade crate to Skara minister, got 50 shadow iron ingots as reward. To check is it whole reward I opened insurance menu

EVERY item from my inventory got new insurance cost. Old times 600gp per. Only one item for 10gp is rolled note from traders quest about Felucca.

I relogged from CC to EC to check again - still 600gp per item.

Logged in again after 5-10 minutes pause - insurance cost reverted to normal values.

This happens again. Take traders quest and cross server line

What I had read in the loading screen about the new publish is that they're going to be changing insurance costs. It's toward the very end under Global Loot Changes, just before you get to Cleanup Britannia Additions/Updates. It says "Item Insurance will now scale up based on item intensity". So it might be buggy in TC but they do plan on changing the insurance cost along with group loot it looks like, plus luck. Those to me are the major changes I remember reading about.

Its already scaled for years. But now temporary reverts back to 600 gp per item.
