Bug Char?

Made a Gargoyle noticed when I'm flying that the char looks liked its poisoned on the stat bar at the top of the screen, ( I'm using UOA)
But when I'm on foot doesn't show that im poisoned.

Is there a way of getting rid of it/fix it?

I have the same issue. I just got used to it and have the in-game buff bar up as well. This would require a Tugsoft fix.
