Bug bonding lesser hiru?

I know that you need at least 90 bushido to be able to ride a lesser hiru, but I am unaware of a requisite for bonding one. What's the story on this?

you need 90 real bushido to bond it, if you already have it is a bug :)

I couldn't bond mine before 100 on my samuraï.

I figured it was working as intended.

Get some bushido jewelry. This will allow samurai with 90 bushido to bond their lesser hiryu.
