In classic client, when hit by deathstrike, riding swipe or splintering, the debuff icon fails to appear in your buff/debuff catalog.

This is true for Enhanced client also unless running pincos ui.

Also missing buffs for wraith form, lich form, vampiric embrace, horific beast, and reaper form, also the buffs for stone form and animal forms are green and buffs for incognito and polymorph are blue, i don't know why there is a discrepancy.
