I believe you got one of those when you referred a friend to UO. There is or was an option on the account management screen for the new person to to put in the person's email address of the person that referred them, and after so many months of playing (paying) UO, the person that referred you would get a code emailed to them for the token. One of the items you could claim was the lucky necklace, then about 3 years ago they added the 7th anniversary items as an option. This was before they introduced the heritage tokens.
