Broken Mountain - Albino Tree

In Great Lakes.
There used to be a pouch near Albino Tree with a rune inside for entering one of the secret caves in Broken Mountain. However it's empty. I tried several times to unlock and magic untrap the punch but failed to find the rune inside.

Is there anything I am missing?
