Broadsword Emails?

Why do all the emails I get from Broadsword fail fraud detection checks?
I use Hotmail so it's not exactly the most thorough of checks to fail?

My guess is they use the same silly system as Norton... and since there are too few of us using Broadsword and UO it gets flagged. Not because it's bad but because there isn't enough feedback about it for them to say it's "safe".
