Hi I must of missed the announcement that the item bless deeds were removed from the rewards given.
Or is this a glitch in the system at the momment?

Yes it was taken out - for NOW - its an rotating item now and might be turned on another time again - here ist the original post concerning the change - the fact it might be turned on again was noted by Mesanna herself at a later date not in this Publish notes:
