I really wanted to do it, was really looking forward to it... but when I got InsideUO and tried to paste the deco items into a screenshot of the bank, terrible ugly white spaces were everywhere around the items.

Sounds like you need PhotoShop... that's going to keep alot of great submissions out for people that don't want to pay for PhotoShop.

There are some free to use well put together graphic editors available, I use Gimp myself.
