[Lumberjacking] Brillent Amber rate?

Hail and well met,

I have been chopping for some time now, and am at 95 with Mels Hachet. I get Frostwood and barks and stuff, but no amber yet, its been close to 60k of logs. Are they that rare? I only need one, but it seems its a myth or something.
