[Breaking] Boiling Core Plans Innovative First Person Shooter; Offers Perks for Fan Support

San Jose, CA--Boiling Core Entertainment has designed a promising free to play, first person shooter titled “Nuclear Eclipse Online” (NEO). The company describes the environment as a “Fallout 3 meets Halo.” Featuring a unique gaming engine and intuitive HUD, this title promises to incorporate a vast arsenal of gear and weapons, drivable vehicles, RPG elements, a variety of maps and game modes, and hordes of mutant zombies.

NEO is nearing its alpha testing phase, with closed beta scheduled for October 2012. However, funding for the title has grown thin. In order to forestall the game’s collapse, Boiling Core Entertainment is offering a number of perks to players who help fund the project. Giving levels range widely, as do the various gifts: for example, a $5 gift will give a player access to closed bated, a futuristic pistol, and a NEO poster; conversely, a $50 gift will provide closed beta access, several in-game items, a baseball cap, limited edition “army of one” armor, and special color effects on avatars and reticles.
