Bracelet of Primal Consumption

Dear Siegeians!

Does anybody have the receipe for the Bracelet of Primal Consumption? It drops in Doom and you can craft a bracelet with the use of an old Ring of the Elements. I need that one for the museum.

It would be wonderful if you had either the receipt or the bracelet.
