Bracelet of Binding with 150 charges?

Rummaging, I came across a
Bracelet of Binding with 150 charges?

I thought they had 30 max?

Bugged? Value? Broken?
What do they mean when they say a cheged item can become saturated?

Bags of Sending have a max of 30 Charges, but with one of the patches they got nerfed to hell and are not worth it.

As far as i know, Bracelets of Binding have no cap on their charges. One day while my father was messing around in the house, he tried charging a Bracelet of Binding with my Powder of Translocation, didn't know at the time there was no cap. So right now i have a Bracelet of Binding with 600+ Charges on it...
