Actually an update, I only need FCR 3, after looking at all the new Eodon artifacts...so im going to update the post.

Sorry need it to be minimum of 18 SDI for a pure PVM SDI mage build.

Actually I found a vendor one for 45K that had everything but LRC:
15 magery
15 eval
FCR 3
18 SDI

So if anyone has anything better...let me know!
