Why is the bracelet so good?
Because with it you can get to 220 Stamina and with 60 SSI Swing your Composite bow at 1.25 instead of 1.5. Some of you may be saying "WAIT, I can do that at 210 Stam!" That is correct, however as soon as you walk/run, your stam drops to 209 or less and you will be swinging at 1.5 again.
