Its a really nice combo of skill points but for me personally the lack of either HCI or EP is the biggest let down.

i wouldnt say worthless, but ya its basically a sick pvm warrior jewel, and antique wears out fast in pvm. maybe 10-20mil range just for the skill value alone even tho the hci has to be found elswhere.
