there is another spot for sale up north east by my house not sure how much but dudes icq is on sign.
last couple I've seen actually sell have been 100 mil or less depending on size/location. Good luck

Also to add, I'm in no huge rush, if you're not ready to move yet, but to want to sell eventually. I have a month, possibly 1.5 months before I would need it.
A house I would really like is on the east wall, the second house north from that east gate. I placed that house when AoS launched. Be kinda nice to have it back. So if you know the owner please have them contact me via PM or my ICQ is in my sig.
