Bought a New Account - No Siege on Shard List

How can I bypass this. I bought a brand new account from the Uo Store.

I look at the Shard list and Siege is not listed. I know it is because it is a new account.

How can I bypass this problem?

start a char on a normal shard and get rid of your young status then siege will show up

You have to log on a regular shard and say "I renounce my young status" - then you will see Siege. Otherwise you have to play 40 hours on a regular shard or attain a certain number of skill points first.
