I think its from baja '06 halloween

There's (was) one on Great Lakes, uses the lantern fuel graphic, guy at one time was asking 300m. Think his name is Xoriat, and story is he just got back after an extraordinarily long break and has quite a few great items.

There were like about 20 given out at Baja Halloween '06 I believe. They tend to go for approximately 50-75M.
