I know the red leafs that we have in game can seal a book totally so nobody can ever write in it again. What I was wondering is if you could come up with something that would allow one user to continue to write in the book while still available to others to read?

I kind of keep a running "journal" on occasion. The best thing I have found at this time that works is keeping it on a word document, copy & paste into a new book then seal and lock it down. Yeah it's a little bit of a pain but it allows me to keep everything I have put in the book prior and also update it when needed and saves buttholes from putting all kinds of junk in it.

Your idea is a decent one but can not imagine how they would go about doing it. Also, probably not too much call from the players on such an idea outside of maybe me and you lol

I just kept the main book for my use and the lastest rendering would be copied from the main and leaf locked. Later could adjust the main make a new copy and leaf lock.

The running book for my vendor pricing information is a book on a vendor with a no sale. Always good to know what a sold out item went for when restocking.
