plans for the construction of a hot air balloon
(collector's edition) which is in white letters




any clue what this is ?

I believe that is from the quest in Ter Mur where you turn in either Untranslated Ancient Tomes or Tattered Remnants of an Ancient Scroll. Not too rare.
