I have a quest in a char where I can take 10 books to have a gear. I've tried but i don't find Veritae, the quester giver.
How it's possible having a quest when the quest is over? I had 10 books and they turned to orange like for a normal quest ( with also the little music when i've chose the last 10th book)
Are you sure that this quest it's not available? Why I see this quest like a normal quest?
Why the 10 books become orange, like if the quest is right???
It's a bug? I had the quest before the quest was finished but the quest log hasn't refreshed?

You'll have the quest untill its completed or you cancel it. Verity is no longer at the Lyceaum in Moonglow so it cant be completed.
Now i dont know for a fact if she was 'moved' or deleted but i'd say the later is more probable. She did hold a set armour piece which was a time limited obtainable.
Like they say in the guide, Plans to make these pieces obtainable in the future, i'd say no chance before SA is released and then pretty rare really.

Actually the Gorget of Honesty drops as a part of the Virtue Artifacts in the antivirtue dungeons (all old dungeons except Wind).

Plus the true Book of Truth has been found on every shard and there was (is?) a room beneath the Lycaeum where the true Book of Truth is displayed, along with who handed it in. So I highly doubt those false Books of Truth will ever be used again in such a way - at the most they might be part of some Spring cleaning event, if at all. However they are a nice way of remembering an event which one was.
