Book of mastery

I need the book of mastery but I don't know how to get it. I read the guide but it didn't help me at all. I was up in the Catskills and got it, I think on the way to Britain from the minstrel. But it doesn't work here. Can you help me, please? I read the guide but it doesn't tell me how to do it. Thanks

If you have a bard who is 90 in music and peacemaking provocation or discord you can do the respective bard mastery quest from the conservatory in britain and receive a book of masteries. You can repeat these over and over and get a book each time. The easiest one to do is the discord quest Wielding the Sonic Blade which requires you to discord 5 sheep. Peacemaking wants you to calm 5 mongbats and the provocation asks that you provoke rabbits onto 5 different wandering healers. Any of the above will give you a new mastery book. In fact, I go to Britain but I can't find anyone in the conservatory to give me the quest for the book of mastery. I have 120 peace and 120 music. So, what do I do wrong? Who should I go to?
