I'm currently standing near a guy named Gabriel Piete. I thought he was the one that gave the quest to get the book of mastery. I'm unable to get anything from this guy.
I tried another one in front of the bard building, but it said i needed to me less than 90 skill to get the quest. I'm 120 music and 120 discord - so what do i do?
