How much does a book of chiv with no spells in it run for, and where do they come from?

I believe you may be able to get about a mill for it. Back in the early days of Chiv I believe it was if you locked them down the spells would decay.

Just be sure that it is blessed. There are 'doggy duped' ones where the books are not blessed.
