I rarely go to Lakeshire but thought I would to gain loyalty to the Bane on one character. I found this book at the well in the center of town. Relative new content? It only has one page.

Reckon I should have said in the original post this is on the Atlantic shard. My bad. Was hoping it had to do with the Bane/Meer plot line.

just checked on Gl and no book, there is a meer called kerith by well that wants food donations(no idea if this is new or old), he otherwise doesn't do anything

No named Meer on Atlantic around there. GL has defeated the BR Golems tho and as far as I know Atlantic has not made it to those yet.

We're all trying to find something to explain the current events, probably because the Bane/Meer plot line simply does not exist.
