Bonus for meditation at GM?

I think when I used to play, it was 1 mana regen for every 10 points of med. So, 90 med and 100 med was no difference minus the 1 regen point.

A lot of skills have bonuses when you reach GM. Wondering if this is or isn't the case with med now.

GM med does give a .1 bonus so at 90 u get .9 at gm u get 1.1
