The Bone Machete is a craftable you get the recipe for, by doing the quest chain that starts with Jamal the fisherman outside the Blighted Grove.
And, it's not a normal recipe - it's added straight to the character, the way that the Fey & Daemon books are added straight to the Spellweaver books - meaning you have to do the quest on the smith you intend to make the bone machetes with.
