Bone Deamon Problem

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Yesturday and today I summoned a bone deamon via 1000 bones, killed deamon and got no skull. This happened to me twice now and I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem??

A guildmate of mine has had it happen, but I have not.

It usually doesn't reoccur that often but yeah it happens. 2 bad strokes mate :(

if you leave the dungeon for any reason after summoning him u dont get the skull
