how much control chance do you need to bond something?

If the pet don't need taming, it will always bond. If your pet needs high taming skill to tame. It will only bond if your skill is high enough for it.

Yes i know all of this. How much control chance do i need over a creature until it will bond with me? 5%? 10% 50%? 100%?

If you can't tame it, you can't bond it.

So long as you have the base real taming skill required to tame your pet (not counting pre-tamed skill increase) it will bond. Control chance doesn't really matter in this regard.

Ok one more question. Is animal lore required to bond? Or just taming?

lore does not matter and it is not real skill it is displayed skill so if you add jewelry to your base and have enough to tame you can bond I know this for sure because one of my toons has only 82 taming and has a bonded white wyrm and a dragon
