Bondage and Rideable

Greater Dragon will not... bond. It use to be take it out and feed it for like seven days? Has this changed?


Also, make them rideable please. I am looking at its dimensions and believe it's not that much bigger than a swamp dragon.

It seemed to take me slightly over 7 days to bond a couple of my chicken lizards, but they did eventually bond (8-9 days if I rememebr correctly).

And as far as riding...no, not a good idea.

I seem to remember from LONG ago like around Pub 14 that the 7 day timer was only the begining of the Bonding cycle, it was not garenteed to bond after 7 days. Also if I remember correctly if you feed it what it kills it will help the bonding process.

i got this crazy idea.. what if greater dragons were boosted back up to their former glory, but they just could never bond? that'd be so amazing.

Yes, because that is exactly what we need. Hordes of tamer archers flying around on giant beasts that they then dismount and sick on you.

Next great idea let's get rid of the taming stable and control slot limits but keep bonding and have tamers running around with upwards to 20 greater dragons all in guard mode and while we're at it let's give them pack instinct "everything".

Sorry for the deep sarcasm but about 10 years of playing most of which watching tamers act smug has developed a seeded hate and you were unfortunate enough to suggest giving tamers something that would be incredibly awful to game balance. More so than it already is.

I read tons of the Imanewbie. Loved those, is it still around?
