There's 20 colors; 5 groups of 4 colors.
The first 4 groups are common. Only the 5th group (the 3 "Ice" colors and fire/blaze - forget what it's officially called) is hard to get.
There's not really any market for the first two groups, other than as cloth. Selling deeds of 10k-60k for the base price of NPC cloth (2gp or less per piece) can be profitable (not like you paid for the cloth, anyway, and others need it to craft or train). After all, who wants to lug bolts of cloth home?
The 3rd group has limited value, to someone wanting a suit of a specific color. But, otherwise, it's best sold at base value, with some of it kept aside for special occasions.
The 4th group is a little more valuable in that you can get matching sandals as BOD rewards. It's also the nicer colors of the lot (the charcoal, the blue-red/magenta, and the dark blue, especially - though occasionally someone with a dryad bow wants a matching green pastel suit). Sell all but a couple thousand of each as bulk cloth, and keep the others for requests.
The rarest, 5th, group, comes from small BODs that would fit Horned or Barbed Kit LBODs, so people rarely turn these in small unless they got a ton of them (and when it comes to the horned kit LBOD smalls, I'm about there in terms of extras). They, too, have matching sandals.
I'd keep these (and some matching sandals), and advertise on the vendor where you sell the bulk cloth commodity deeds that you make suits of the high-end colors on request (charge about 50-100 per cloth piece used), with the buyer choosing the clothing items made. You might especially find customers with some vendor houses, where the house owner has a dress code for all vendors.
