[Fishing] boat repair

hi, im new to these new boats and cant figure out how to repair it. it sais must be by shore and needs 9 bolts cloth n 23 wood. i have it but dont know how to fix. help please> thank you

IIRC, when it tells you that you "need" a certain amount, that's how much you are SHORT of what you need to make the repair attempt. Add more cloth and wood to your pack, and choose the permanent repair option again.

Note also that it typically only repairs a small amount of the damage at a time, and it might take 6 or more repairs to make a scuttled ship "Pristine" again.
