Board Merges & Moves

After much consideration and discussion, the EM boards will be merged in with their respective Shard Boards. This is to help people of the shards find information about EM events without having to bounce around the forums.

This action will take place overnight on Monday, April 13, 2015 - being completed by Tuesday morning PST.

EMs will be able to manage threads they create. They are not board Moderators and are not expected to moderate anything on the forums.

The Governor boards will be moved to their respective shards as sub-forums while still privately accessed by Governors and EMs only.

The main Governor Board where all Governors communicate will be moved to the Shards' root category as well, and still be exclusive to Governors and EMs.

The EM boards are migrated and have been merged into the Shard boards. EMs have permission to sticky threads they create, if they wish. Further, all available EM sites that have an RSS feed will be sent directly into the respective shard board.

Governor boards are also moved and are listed under their respective shards. The overall Governor's Board rests in the top level (displaying above the Atlantic shard's boards).

Due to security settings, all individually assigned Governors had to be removed from the Governor boards. This was unavoidable. A new security level has been added just for Governors which includes a nifty banner just for them.

All Governors, please contact @Kirthag @Zuckuss or @Oscar the Grouch for inclusion in the Governor Group.

Once added to the Governor Group, the Governors will be able to view their boards again.
