I've seen those around Atlantic....not sure on the price. Wouldn't mind pickin' up one myself.

they do 40-50ishmill unless there is some new means of obtaining them

never mind, I've seen over a dozen of the robes on east coast shards in the last 45 minutes. They're common now.
