Is there more than one type? I see some lised for sale with +5 necro. I have 3 of them from Miasma and they only have spirit speak on them, not necro.

I got one with Necro + spirit speak.. there are some with just spirit speak.
At some point they were nerfed to remove the necromancy off them.
