Can anyone tell me where these came from?

The 2 other "popular" search engines that 99.9% of all UO players use don't give much info on them. I know how they work, I was just hoping someone could tell me where they came from?

There are times where I go a few months without gameplay, and then return.... when this item's availability appeared I must have not been online. So, I was just curious if someone could give me the scoop on it?

I know they were from the Spring Decor deal a good while back. Not sure if they ever added them to the Heritage Token tho.
