Blessed item question

For the life of me, I cant remember this. I have an item that I used a personal bless deed on. So for Example it says "Blessed for Laurel". I want to use a name change token on the char. Will the item still be blessed for me?

When you remove the personal bless deed and place it back on it will change to the new characters name. So yes it will be still be useable after the name change token.

I didnt know I could remove the personal bless deed once I used it on the item. How would I go about doing this? I have never removed one from an item I used it on.

Hold shift and right click on the item to bring up the context menu on it with the option to unbless item.
