Found blessed heavy xbow from idoc.. Any clue what this is or has someone used 70mill item bless deed on this?

Dont take it as gospel but it looks like someone has used a bless item on an old indestructable/emminently accurate/vanqaushing x-bow

Honestly, was probably blessed back way before AoS. I have at least one of my old blessed weapons from back in the day which would be considered crap by today's standards, but back in the day it was top of the line.
