Anyone got a clue why this item is called "blessed"

I have only seen the Ask & Answer balls this way. Always wondered why that was the top line though. Possibly something to do with the vendor bug on them?? They also come like this as well. But if you ever sell it on a vendor without being in a pack it loses the Sellers Description...
As for value... not much really.. 750-1m range last I knew.

I believe if you place the bugged ball on a vendor (or possibly even edit the sellers description) then the bottom half will be removed and you will left with OP's image.
