blessed boots +10 all stats

just acquired a pair of thigh boots, blessed, with 'bless charges:9' and +10 bonus to strength, intelligence, and dexterity....
anyone know of possible value of these?
they CAN, of course, be worn over armor.....
I've never seen them before....

is the +10 from the bless charges or on the boots themselves? should privide a ss

im not sure of anything about them, that's why im asking

The bad part about these type of items are when the charges run out (down to 0), the +10 to all 3 stats will become -10 to those 3 stats. Not worth much

I guess tops 50k per charge would be reasonable......for items like this ''wearable'' over armour ( footwear ,sashes, cloaks and robes)...for pvp tournys etc while the blessing charges last....
