@Bleak, @Kyronix, @Mesana .. Just an idea on pet skilling.

Pet skills accelerate with tamer mastery .. Whisper, pet power hour, and other legit methods.

However after a certain point skill gains become super slow with all of these combined, including disco on top of all, particularly healing and many magics.

What if pets could be allowed to eat something in game, that is hard to get, and its already there, for an extra boost with all the above active even? perhaps not too much coding needed?

Such as the alacrity and the SOT system already in place for players toons?

Like Alacrity : 20 minutes of skill acceleration alacrity for a pet skill, that adds up to the other bonuses.
or:
SOT e.g. Healing 0.5 --> immediate healing gain of 5 points, etc.

Or "other" hard to get in-game item with certain charges, that when equipped, will allow a further boost to speed up skills, and then will need to be recharged with (somewhat) hard to get materials.

Also : If you put the code for skill gain acceleration, put the said item in TC1, in a supercharged form, so that we can test pets properly in TC1, for immediate complete 120 level gains without having to skill the pet in TC1 for weeks prior to being able to appreciate the full power of the fully skilled pet.

What do you guys think about this?

(Please feel free to post this on UO forum copy and paste if you wish)
