Yes,still the same location.In the picture over my toons head are the sextant coordinates for anyone whom has not yet been there.

Currently the only vender i personally run there is the translocation powder vender,,decided to sell strips of 30 at 22,500 which comes out to 750-per,,well below the 2-k per unit Luna price.The rest of the vendors are run by Ni Guild members.

I made each renter label/name their vendor with what they sell and limit them to sell one type of item per vendor,ie arrows/bolts on one vendor,ingot deeds on a seperate vendor,ect.ect.

Theres a billboard behind the bar for any requests/comments.
