Blank Scrolls on TEST

I'm not able to scribe any books. The pens aren't reconizing the blank scrolls, I've deeded them and undeeded them, used ones given in bank even bought new ones. I might got it craft once while holding 100+ blanks in pack then next try it says I don't have any

char must of been bugged I made new and now it all works fine but I log on the other doesn't work
