I am a very active Thief on LS and I haven't seen the Pictures from BT in over a year. What I am wondering has anyone on any Shard seen these in the past year. Did I miss a Change some where some how ???

I haven't seen them (Napa Valley) in quite some time.
Presumed I was just missing them but maybe they are just not spawning?..can't be sure..

I can confirm that the Silver/Grey picture still spawns
