Blackthorn spawn loot (not Minax)

The loot on the spawn is not worth even looking at. It is the same loot that you will get from them anywhere else in UO.
I get a few decent jewels from the Executioners, and lots of relics off them. I've found a few things with imbuing weights of 900+, but the loot doesn't comparing to higher end in Shame (e.g. UEVs). I haven't tried the greater dragons yet.
One thing I have noticed is that maybe 1 out of 5 mobs spawn with 5x hit points. These don't seem to give better loot, but can be a surprise for the unwary.

A friend once got a studded piece, kinetic eater 15%, stamina regen 2, mana regen 3, LMC 10%, LRC 20%, and 90 total resists. He's never mentioned getting anything else so good.
No drop I ever got (from invasion monsters, captains or dungeon monsters) was ever worth keeping because of its properties. I saved a few hats and masks with decent properties that I saved because the color suits some of my characters.

if so wouldnt this be the first time they do?

Executioners in the middle room east of the skeletons. It's possible that not everything has the new loot tables, only a Developer could tell us.
TY Gonna have to check them out. Are there any Executioners in any of the revamped Dungeons? I do not remember seeing any.
none of the drakes dragons or greater dragons pay out any of the new loot.

Liches don't either... have you checked the controllers and minions in the SW part of the dungeon? I'll have to check the rest of the spawn later tonight.

ya Hen is right, level 2 in wrong on the far right side is a executioner with the new loot.
I did the controllers and minions and found no shame loot that I remember.
If blackthorn dungeon got shame loot ...... Then surely shame would then be neglected and unused.... as everyone would be doing blackthorn for the better loot and extra chances of arti drop too........nahhhhh....shame is shame.....blackthorn is blackthorn

By the way, when have you seen anyone in any of the other Virtue dungeons? The original plan was to upgrade all of the Virtue dungeons with the new loot. I still see a few people in the Abyss looking for imbuing ingredients, and Doom gauntlet, rarely now for peerless, but every other dungeon is virtually empty.
I wish Mesanna would rethink her reasoning on the Shame-style loot.
