After being in Blackthorn Dungeon for a while (maybe 30-60mins) you get teleported to jail cells in the south side of the dungeon.... But, When you get teleported if riding an ethereal mount, a visual copy of your mount spawns in the cell with you, and you are also dismounted. (the mount-copy is not tame-able)

But the bug, is when you remount your ethy mount you now have an additional follower, so after being teleported 5x to this room, you can no longer mount an ethy as your follower slots read 5/5 without having any pets.
Side note: Logging out and back in resets followers correctly.

Edit: I have not tried this on a character with actual pets, but exceeding the follower cap may cause pets to go wild.
