Blackthorn Doublet

Can the Blackthorn Doublet be both repaired and powdered back to 150? It's basically the Lt Sash for 100 points and has a durability of 150.

so each part that's a Lt sash with 150 durability can't be powdered. Thanks for the responses before I actually got em. Once all my chars have the missing armor parts, I'll work on collecting those.
